Noel Paschke, MS, BSDH, RDH, is the founder and president of Ultrasonic Plus. Noel brings a wealth of expertise in both magnetostrictive and piezoelectric ultrasonics as the former U.S. manager for clinical education for then Dentsply Cavitron, senior manager of North America professional education for Philips, and North America director of education for ACTEON. 

Her leadership in education cultivates confidence and instills clinical excellence for clinicians using ultrasonic instrumentation. Noel is an award-winning dental professional. She was selected as Teacher of the Year by dental hygiene students and the inaugural recipient of the Linda DeVore Dental Hygiene Alumni Award at the University of Maryland, Dental School. She is a Sunstar Award of Distinction winner and most recently honored with one of the prestigious Denobi Awards.
